We are committed to empowering our clients to make informed and confident design decisions.  Our ability to do this effectively is dependent on developing a clear and firm project brief with our clients.  From there we work to narrow down design selections (for all elements of a project) to our Top 3. This is usually sufficient - most of our clients opt for our first option and very few move to a second option. This approach also spares our clients from being overwhelmed by options which is the reason most clients engage us in the first place.

Sourcing furnishings, decor pieces is the single most time consuming aspect of our work as it involves sieving through potentially hundreds (if not thousands) based on style, functionality, dimensions, quality and budget and how each product will tie in with the rest of the space. If a client is unable to make a decision within our Top 3 selections, further selections are charged at our hourly rate as stipulated in our Letter of Agreement.

If on the other hand, you consider yourself an 'I'll know it when I see it' decision maker we are probably not the best match for you. It's only a long, frustrating road to nowhere for both parties without clear, specific requirements to work to and specific feedback on the options presented along the way.  In this situation it's best to either trust your designer's selections or hold off on engaging a designer until you have a firm idea of what you are after.
